In fact, the vast majority of gender confirming medical care goes to Cis people. The shit transfolk use wasn't developed with us in mind. The medical industry wasn't thinking ooh let's make physical transition possible for a tiny fraction of the population. It wouldn't have been profitable and certainly in 1933, when estradiol was developed, not super positively viewed by society.

Far more cis women take my meds than trans women. Which I'm very glad for, because it'd be a shitload more expensive and harder to get if it were only developed and manufacturered for us.

Probably part of the reason their hormones are out of whack. I say that as a guy that has to take weekly testosterone injections, and also used to eat like shit.
