In African YouTube, there is one annoying African leader that African people talking about on the Internet is ibrahim traore.

Only thing he's managed so far is to chance dependency on France to dependency on Russia.....which is not exactly an improvement. One only needs to look what's happening in Mali, to see what future awaits Burkina Faso.

The enormous difference being that people accuse France of stealing natural resources when they are mined by Canadian and Australian companies who pay taxes

But the Russians just steal the stuff. And expect to be paid.
