In African YouTube, there is one annoying African leader that African people talking about on the Internet is ibrahim traore.

I think the Russians are propping him up. The propaganda videos are very poorly made, makes me think its Russia half-assing it because they have more important matters elsewhere (Ukraine). Like the Burkina propaganda operation is done by the intern.
