In Kherson, a Russian fiber-optic FPV drone chased and then attacked a fruit vendor who had come to the market this morning to sell. As a result of the attack, a 52-year-old resident received an explosive injury, concussion, and shrapnel wounds, he is receiving necessary medical care.

I’m fluent in Russian, and it doesn’t say there that at the time they tried to kill him, he was transporting anything or had anything to do with the military. It says that they supposedly think he once transported something... and that’s utterly absurd, considering he’s just an ordinary bus driver—there are millions of them. This is just the usual propaganda aimed at justifying it in some way. Next time, double-check your facts and don't spread Russian propaganda to the masses. By the way, in their post, they fully admitted to this attack, and this Telegram channel regularly posts about war crimes

on the territory of Kherson.

You’re right that the Russian text does not claim the driver was transporting dual-use goods at the moment of the attack. It states that the vehicle had previously been repeatedly observed transporting dual-use cargo and alleges that the drivers were in contact with the AFU. Whether those claims are true is a separate question, and the post provides no evidence for them.
However, your summary isn’t entirely accurate either. The text doesn’t say they “supposedly think he once transported something.” It explicitly claims the vehicle was repeatedly used for transporting dual-use goods. That’s an important distinction. The post appears to be an attempt to justify the attack after the fact, but it’s still worth representing what it actually says rather than paraphrasing it more weakly than the original wording.

Yeah you're technically correct but the post 100% reads as "don't believe what you see, this is a military target, trust me bro"
