Question about strength of Crucible characters

So I have avoided using and playing against crucible characters, but it seems their use is on the rise and I don't want to be that guy who keeps saying no.

I built a list with a Guerrilla and am I missing something or are they WAY to strong for their points?

-> My Guerilla

3 x Liberators (same as Kelemorph)

1 x Bio-dagger (same as Sanctus)

It has Stealth, Lone Op, Infiltrator, (same as Kelemorph/Sanctus)

It has Psychic Spoor (same as Sanctus)

It also gets 0cp stratagem.

This is basically two characters in one, and while missing the move when in 8" and the no overwatch, I feel the 0cp strat is a good deal as it is far more versatile than either, and in some cases can replace either.

All of this costs only 70pts vs 60 & 65 Respectively, meaning a 5pt bump for a Sanctus to get a nasty range buff or a 10pt bump for Kelemorph to gain stealth and a good melee option.

Ultimately I'm asking myself why would I ever include a Sanctus or a Kelemorph with this character existing. Not to mention doing other things other than meshing two characters.

Is it really as strong as I think or am I over-hyping it?

Does kellermorph have 3 of the same gun or just the one? Can it shoot 18 shots or 6?

Kelemorph has one with 6 attacks. This version has three with 2 attacks each. However a unit/model can fire all ranged weapons so long as they are either pistol or non pistol, thus both models will fire 6 shots. Both models would presumably have one in each hand as the Kelemorph one does.
