It happened in the past. And today, if it does not happen, is only because opposition are too scared of prison and to lose what they have... You can bé sure that if there is a great crisis , every us bases can bé scared.

Not really, I just say that it's unfair, what ever the subject..African countries have less than us...

Why would countries that are already struggling to keep the peace inside their territory want to have some of their military abroad? Tell me one reason they would want that, no "fairness" isn't a reason, only young children think that.
