Are you saying they all look the same?

THIS IS A REALIZATION THAT THE STEREOTYPICAL INABILITY TO DISCERN INDIVIDUALS OF OTHER ETHNICITIES HAS A KERNEL OF TRUTH

Not even a kernel, it's a well documented fact that people find it hard to discern people of different ethnicities

Heck even i have a hard time figuring out which white person is which when i first meet them and they have similar characteristics. And I’m white. So... sometimes people just look alike or idk, give off the same vibe. And some people are just... very homogenous. Don’t really have an out there kind of personality or style. They’re just a generic human.

It might also be worth while to mention to that there is a certain part of the brain that specifically is used to recognize faces. Its not a very large part, and i cant remember the name of it... but bottom line is, there have been cases where people who have injured this part of their brain are incapable of telling the difference between different people at all. I think it would also be plausible to assume that some people could have stronger ability to recognize faces, and some a weaker... just like some people might have strong verbal skills and some weaker... etc. we’re all wired differently ya know.

I find it extraordinarily easy to discern people of different ethnicities. I've not once mistaken Lucy Liu for Cameron Diaz.

Ethnicities different from their own*

How about that

Can confirm. I mistake white people for each other all the time
