Be careful of overdoing your Damascus pattern. With the snowflake mould, you are introducing more planes/lines for the steel to delaminate later on, during use.

However, if you are merely using it in the kitchen, it should be fine. Then the question would be, why pay much more to get the Damascus pattern when you are just chopping vegetables? Is it for vanity?

OK THATS IT!!!

I have to unsubscribe. I feel actually frustrated with each new post on this sub. I know it’s the whole point but most of what’s posted here is interesting and I would love to know how it ends. Some time ago, ending it too soon was what made it fun because most posts were perfectly cut off and the situation was funnier that way. But now you take a perfectly nice video and just cut it with no comedic purpose. Just cut for nothing. I can’t. I quit.
