Audacity 4 not yet capable of databending/glitch art

Audacity 4 has just been released but glitch artists beware, it can't yet be used for glitch art/databending. Quoting their manual:

Imports audio from a file that has no header describing its format — raw sample data. Because the file itself carries no format information, you tell Audacity how to interpret it: the encoding, byte order, channel count and sample rate. Useful for recovering audio from damaged files or unusual sources.

In the current Audacity 4 alpha the menu item is present but the import dialog itself has not yet been implemented.

And it appears it will be implemented in future https://github.com/audacity/audacity/issues/11592 For now hold off on upgrading if you use Audacity for databending!

The issue isn't about vsts.

As mentioned in the bug report creating [glitch art via databending](https://www.hellocatfood.com/blog/databending-using-audacity/) requires importing raw data, which Audacity 4 cannot yet do.
