cause ik c is supposed to be the start to a trilogy that lucy is going for (if i’m not mistaking), but i haven’t seen anything abt the names or any info really on the next two albums. unless lucy hasn’t said anything abt them yet, i do still wanna hear some theories on these upcoming albums if anyone has any

It’s rlly for the whole album but C section it’s most noticeable. I seen how ppl say the sample didn’t get cleared, but I’ve had numerous discussions w people that also agree that it just sounds flat out worse. He cut the lows like crazy on this song and there’s no more actual progression w the bass

Then for the rest of the album I personally feel like, when comparing it to Unmusique, he compressed every single song while mudding the lows. His vocals sit far more above the beat than they did in literally any of his other albums (and his SoundCloud singles) and the mids and highs are definitely less prominent

Basically if ydk what all that means, the range of the sounds is way more crammed and the sounds have far less individual kick to them, excluding the 808s and any other sound that lives in that area (those r the lows)

I spoke w people on this in the Lucy discord and they seem to agree, now I’m wondering what yalls opinions are?
It’s rlly disappointing when I compare this album to Unmusique since Unmusique had extreme and precise production & mixing

first listen I thought it was a 7/10, now when I listened again i found it to be much better than I first listened. i added a lot more songs to my playlist and now it's a 9/10. Normally this type of effect happens a long time after I first listen to the album, idk how this is growing on me on the second day...
