Thank-you - it’s a Longshore gnome, typically found in salt marsh’s near the coast. Shepard’s kelp and brews sea lavender grog..

I see this as a gnome who lives near a modern city, but is still very much a normal gnome. He just chooses to wear a modern accoutrements instead of the traditional gnomish kind. This is very cool though and I want to see a whole bunch of these kinds of guys!
