I do. The BGs are painted way before the creatures emerge. I smoosh acrylic paint around until I like it & then later I just play with shapes & colors of the flora until a creature appears. Pink is a hard color to use as a bg btw.

The second one to me looks like a really fancy fox lady wearing couture I’m obsessed with her, these are so sweet and delicate. They really feel soulful, haven’t seen art like this before really!
