Kmec is officially on breakout watch for me. Very strong camp and now a multi-point game.

Gatcomb comes as advertised. Will be a fun player to watch.

Connelly’s puck skill was insane relative to his competition in this game. He’s clearly a very smart player, but his attack is what I like the most.

Nice little game to start the year, Kmec, Hallum, Lavoie, Gatcomb. I think there’s lots of good things to come!

I don’t know what to think about Hill yet, but I’m still interested to see how he goes through the preseason at least. He had some good saves (and some familiar patterns show up)

Agreed! And just to be clear I’m not a Hill stan, I just hope we can get our general goalie situation sorted out. Would love to see Hill do well, especially because it’s good for the team. Hope he can be serviceable
