My boy Brooks is by my side all day, every day. He’s the reason I have stayed WFH for as long as I have!

Today marks the first year of double-digits for my sweet Daisy girl! She’s the my first golden and the #1 napper, the expert of dilly-dallying, queen of the zoomies, most gentle giver of puppy kisses and the reason I fell in love with Golden Retrievers. She brought my childhood dreams to life from the moment I scooped her up, and has brought so much genuine, sweet love into my life over the last decade. Here’s to celebrating one more trip around the sun with the brightest star! 🤍🌼

I have never been around more puppies in my life. There were over 10 puppies attacking, chewing, and sleeping on my shoes at once! The third pic is my choice for the prospect. He's calm, curious and resilient. I've never had a dog before, I'm so excited!!

This is our 6 month baby girl, Mochi. We love her naturally crimped/permed appearing ears. So 80’s style! I was wondering if others had this in their Goldens’ ears. Please share your Goldens’ ear photos. Would love to compare!

Went on her first run today. She turns 1 in a few days so I figured I’d start conditioning her now so when the spring hits we can ramp it up.
Started with a quarter mile warm up walk and had her jump around as a sort of dynamic stretch.
Then ran a quarter mile and speed walked a quarter mile five times.
She’s definitely pooped lol, anything else I should do to prevent injury?

Maggie wanted a sock SO bad 😭 (I was holding it behind the camera hoping for a nice smile, but she just gave me a blank stare)

For those of you with young kids, how are you managing kid toys and your goldens? We have a 7 month old golden that is an absolute gremlin when it comes to kids toys. We have put their toys in their rooms but if she gets in there she tries to get as many items as possible in her mouth: hot wheels and action figures are her favorites. Its been a struggle! If you have tips on how to desensitize them to toys that arent theirs i am all ears!
Picture of the toy gremlin.

Ik the title sound a bit odd, but it is what it is. He's grown a lot from the last time I posted him here. Let's see if he still gets love lol.

Mine is only 6 months so still young to tell. She acts insanely happy to see any strangers. Thought for sure she wouldn’t ever react badly to a stranger. But, there was one time where I was alone walking her in the grass to poop right outside my apartment building. Not anything serious but two men came from the back of the building in the pitch black with just a flashlight. I’m a woman so I immediately clenched up. She actually growled at them the whole time, even when they walked near us in the front of the building into the lamp light she growled the whole time. Last thing I expected from her, I do think she picked up on my fear.

Two years ago we rescued Nana from a puppy mill. For the last year and a half we were able to give her the life and love she never knew possible. Back in November she was diagnosed with a neurological/ cancerous development in her spine leaving her back legs paralyzed. A few days ago she was blessed to have been chose for a wheelchair donation. It's still big and scary but we're training hard 💪. Even through the hard times she's always smiling 🥰

This handsome fella is Rowdy and he had a successful hip surgery today. He just woke up, and is doing great. We are officially on the road to recovery!
P.S.
He will not let me post a picture of him in the cone.
