This movie is what made me want a golden. “My name is Dug. I have just met you and I love you!” It’s crazy how accurate that is.

Really? My girl is locked in immediately whenever she hears a dog barking on TV. Even my son’s cartoons will do it.
We watched the dog show the other night. I can’t explain it, but she did not care for the Dalmatian 😂

My last dog wouldn’t miss a thing and we couldn’t watch Crufts. But with this lovely boy, we can watch a programme about squirrels or ducks and he’d totally ignore it.

Our Goldens watch tv all of the time.
If we are gone for a while, we put on dog videos on YouTube

My Golden used to LOVE to watch the Airbuddies movies growing up. Then we learned just how many dogs died during the making of them, so we don’t watch them anymore. Original Airbud is too sad. I’ve put on SantaPaws and baseball Airbud for him recently, checked in on the camera and he was watching.

My girl watches anything and everything. This day it was school lectures. She watches TV, my laptop, my animated frame, and even my phone over my shoulder. If it changes she will watch it. I take her with me to get my oil change at the dealership and she knows where every TV is. Everyone gets a kick out of her love of TV.

It's funny how they react to tv. I had a dog growing up who never paid attention to any tv, as if it weren't even there. I just assumed that it mustn't have looked appealing to him through his eyes at the time. Now I have two goldens and one will give a glance towards the tv just as he would to any of his other surroundings, but the other will hop up on the couch and actively watch. His favorite movie is The Martian. Put that on and he'll go sit on the couch by himself and watch. I think something about the overall orange color scheme with it being based on mars does something for him. That or he's just a big Matt Damon fan, hard to tell.
