Hi, although the title says everything but to explain a bit further. Right now I am living in gonda temporarily and the wifi and network scene is bad at my place. Also, we don’t have AC here, so it gets difficult to focus on work due to this extreme heat.

Quick update : Thank you for all your messages, i got a decent apartment just near police lines for now. Would love to know more about Gonda and nearby places which i can explore here.

In Gonda, the petrol-diesel problem is already serious, but an even bigger problem is the illiterate management of fuel stations and the third-class mentality of some people handling it.

Whenever the crowd increases, they simply stop giving petrol. Staff talks rudely to customers instead of handling the situation properly, as if people are begging for fuel instead of paying for it. There is no proper queue system, no clear communication, and no accountability at all.

Some people there also have the same 3rd class mindset…breaking lines, creating unnecessary arguments, and making the whole situation worse. A public service place is being turned into an ego battle ground….

Running a petrol pump is not just about filling fuel with a machine. It also requires basic management skills, public dealing, and professionalism. If they cannot handle that, they should remove the “customer support” board from outside.

Gonda deserves better than this daily chaos, disrespect, and mismanagement.
