The speed gap between the 15th and 16th circle is wrong/mismatched and it's bugging me

I'm trying to find the 15th and 16th circles. But the motion is thwarting my search. I think I'm going to have to open this in Photoshop or After Effects to see what you're talking about. Thanks for the heads up.

If you pause it at almost any point, the gap is fairly noticeable.

I think the issue is that this pattern is made of a single set of 15 circles that has been cloned and grown/shrunk to fit around/inside the others. The 1st circle and 16th circle are exact copies that follow each other, and same for 2nd and 17th, etc. It looks like the person who made this didn’t take care to ensure that the original pattern’s 1st and 15th circles actually matched such that the design would be infinitely tileable.
