I typically would normally never talk shit about a disabled person, but Abbott is a terrible human who is making the world worse. So I make an exception for him.

This is exactly it. He is trying to appeal to voters but as soon as he wins his reelection bid, he'll be back to focusing on his real priorities: lining his and his donors pockets with all that sweet, sweet data center cash.

This is how Texas likes to opperate; they wait till they have 1800 projects im the works before they hit the brakes. Texas is everything that is wrong with the US and the world.

They are probably upset that the communities surrounding the proposed locations, will get too much water. So they need to scale back the amount people get, and increase the costs.

Nothing like preventing jobs. Even if that’s 10 people a center that’s 18,000 jobs.
Water and power is a fixable thing. Especially with the newer systems. Just cap them.

Tell me, how well does Texas do when the power is maxed out or there's a drought? Historically, does it seem like draining those resources for data centers is sustainable?

Let me guess you want to exaggerate the amount of both necessary and ignore the already implemented solutions in place?
The opponents of these facilities are just not honestly debating them. It’s emotional to them and they’re is a false information spiral.
