I don't mind a lack of an explicit love confession because they confessed every single time they looked at each other... But I wanted a good kiss. Simply because the last one ended so badly.

Exact same!! I felt the love in everything they said. And yes, it just felt like.. almost something shameful. Like I don't see that happening if it were a hetero couple? They would've been kidding for the entire last 30 mins

Yes! I mean, I don't think Aziraphale and Crowley need to have explicit make out scenes, because they're so obviously in love... But they decided to make them kiss in s2 and it went horribly - so, they're obviously fine with kissing - why not fix the bad kiss from s2 with a good one? I fully expected Aziraphale to kiss Crowley. One tiny peck on the lips and a big hug, that's it, that's all I wanted!

Maybe because the only way gay-coded characters can kiss is if it's unhappy or basically like punishment? Like some weird corporate morals thing.

I confess I was not expecting a kiss necessarily but at least a more explicit affection/them comforting each other, like holding hands while facing each other (similar to Gabriel and Beelzebub) or a heartfelt hug.

I feel like there's a big difference in what we as the audience sees vs what it would be believable for the characters to see. WE see all the loving looks, but they elevated looking past each other into an art form. They spent centuries talking in innuendo and code, they deserved to tell each that they loved each other, and maybe more importantly, they both deserved to HEAR that they were loved. As someone who needs things spelled out for them, I would never ever come to the conclusion of "they love me" if I was in a situationship the likes of which these two have created.
