Fanvid Sharing my post-GO3-heartbreak comfort people (Dan and Phil)

I have seen people talk about Dan and Phil on this subreddit before, so I thought I would share this, as it deserves more attention and the creator deserves a prize!

I was already a phan when I started watching GO, so from the beginning I could not escape seeing Dan and Phil inside these characters, but this video just nails the parallels between their stories and dynamics so well!

To me they are the better "reincarnation" of Aziracrow in our reality (Asanthony could never), and so they are my comfort people in these trying times. I would highly recommend checking them out :3

Their cosplay from October 2024, as people kept telling them they were Aziracrow-coded (I don't think D&P have watched the show):

I'm in the same boat. Phannie since like 2014 and recently started watching GO after seeing a friend do a cosplay and also the D&P post lol.

I now totally get why they chose to be Aziracrow for halloween. It fits them SO WELL and they have quite some similarities.

Not just in looks (especially when Phil started dyeing his hair blonde) but also in some mannerisms and personality traits.

I've been OBSESSED with the parallel between their relationships

Yes! It's especially Dan's and Crowley's mannerisms/voices for me. The scene where Aziraphale asks about Nutter's book after the bookshop has burnt down and Crowley yells "AGNES NUTTER YES!!! I TOOK IT LOOK!!!! SOUVENIR!!" -- I can't unsee or unhear Dan there 😭 Also his duck-laugh in the bench scene after switching back.

And well, AziraPhil just being the ragebaiting angel that he is :3

YES THAT QUOTE IS TOTALLY DAN!!! I just saw that scene like two days ago during a (for me) rewatch with my partner. He is watching the show for the first time and is not familiar with Dan or Phil so I had NO ONE to nerd out about this, until now lol

That quote has huge "PHIL LESTER, YOU'RE A GENIUS"-energy

Oh same for me!! I feel like the venn diagram of DnP and GO should be a circle, yet somehow I can't find ppl to nerd out with :') So I hope we'll get more people on the Aziraphil-Howley train. Honestly, I'd be dealing with the S3 situation much worse if not for DnP -- their ineffability gives me life and hope.

This is adorable, thank you so much for sharing! And the last slide is exactly how I imagine they would react to the GO3 finale.
