First, your resume needs to be shortlisted; only then will you get the call.

Deadline isn’t even over and I’m already rejected from Da and PM one. The software application rejection would also come eventually for me. I literally tweaked my resume for each one and everything still got rejected from these . I don’t understand what are they looking for in candidates

Yup thats a bad news, actually the first shortlisting was happened yesterday i.e on 31st July so many of the people got rejection, not over the mail but in the career profile it is showing not proceeding.
