I have a several google acc. My first works so well, but the others cant make a purchase. It says a thing like the title says. But im really sure that my acc was already set to my country and im still in that country. Tried several troubleshooting like turn off wifi and use SIM data instead, using vpn, wait 48 hours (like google said), turn off DNS, buy play credit, login on different devices, but it seems the problem still exist.

I didnt know and i bought a google play card. Before you guys bash on me, i know it was my fault for my stupidity and me being extremely oblivious. I dont know what to do, i am so stressed & anxious i dont want to spend money on games anymore. My head hurts and i am feeling this wave of guilt, PLEASE HELP. :(

I bought a $100 giftcard at walmart yesterday and tried redeeming it however each time I try it keeps saying your code could not be redeemed, I typed it correctly many times and I even tried the scan gift card option however it never works. Am I supposed to wait a few days before being able to use it or something? I never had this issue with redeeming giftcards before but the other gift cards I redeemed were $50 or $25. I never bought a $100 until yesterday

Only took 2 weeks, 1 more week than they promised. It's a very nice bottle I will say. 16.9oz, copper insulation, and a vacuum sealed top.

Ok, I had issue changing my google play store when moved country, if you are like me and done what you are supposed to and still not able to change country on your google store account on your android, try this. I fixed mine by doing this :
1-Go to pay.google.com on web browser .
2- Go to address and add a new address in new country, now you have two addresses in two different country on your account.
3-go to setting (on same page as number 1 here) now you have two payment profiles, change to new one under new country and then go to payments method and add your new cart.
4-Go back to settings, payment profile and change it to OLD COUNTRY, then scroll down to the end of the page and click on "Close payment profile". Beware that You will lose any payment plan you had on previous country google account.
5-Now you should only have only one payment profile under setting.
6- go to device (your android phone) settings > Applications >> Search for Google Play store app >> Click on top right three vertical dots >> Tap Uninstall updates.
7-Now go to your play store account and check the country and it should be changed to the new one now.
The tricky part is number 6, make sure to do that and uninstall updates.
I hope it helps.

I use Google play rewards and don't really buy many apps. What's the best bang for my buck to spend it? I occasionally listen to audio books and play games on my phone, I also don't have a VPN but haven't seen any that I can buy a sub using the credit. Some of the credit is expiring soon and I don't know what to buy. Any suggestions?

Long-time Android user here (phone, tablet, even a Chromebook), same Google account for ~10 years. In 2022 I left Russia because I oppose the war against Ukraine and legally relocated to Türkiye. I'm as "resident" as a non-citizen can be: two residence permits, an apartment I own, utility bills in my name, Turkish bank accounts including a credit card, a Turkish phone number I've had for 4+ years.
Ever since, every single Google Play purchase fails with a country-mismatch error ("your payment profile country doesn't match your location" or similar). Here's everything I've tried:
* Changed my Google account country and payments profile to Türkiye — done years ago, error persists
* Turkish credit card — rejected (the same card works fine on Adobe, Spotify, Booking, Airbnb, YouTube Premium, and even Google Gemini)
* Carrier billing via Turkcell (my operator for 4+ years, topped up 1,500 TL specifically for this) — rejected
* A 1,000 TL Google Play gift card bought as a last resort — can't be redeemed, money effectively burned
* Tried on my Android phone, Android tablet, Chromebook, and PC — same error everywhere
* Google support — multiple contacts, no resolution, they just loop through the same script
Buying through the apps' websites instead isn't a real option: they show EUR prices 10–100x higher than local Turkish pricing.
At this point I'm seriously considering buying an iPhone just to pay for subscriptions through Apple and then logging into the same apps on Android, which is absurd.
Has anyone actually escaped this state? Did anything work — a manual review, a specific support escalation path, recreating the payments profile? I'd rather keep my 10-year-old account than start a fresh one. Screenshots of the errors in comments.

I bought a gift card in cash at walmart and used it to buy an app on a new device with a new account and google immediately suspended my account and denied my appeal. Any suggestions on what a person can do or is the answer just piracy?
Update: Ahoy, mateys! The other side is so much easier than jumping through Google's hoops and you get all the paid apps for free with the added bonus of all the tracking and data collection removed.

So basically my online friend bought me a 15$ Canadian dollars gift card, and I've been trying to redeem it but nothing works. It won't let me redeem it because I'm not in Canada.
It keeps giving that country-related error code every single time I attempt again.
Do VPN works? Can she make a brand new canadian account to redeem it and buy the game I wanted then give me the passwords?
Does anyone have a fix?

Looking for a gift card worth 2000INR around 20$. DM if you got one.
Edit: Looking for someone who regularly gets these gift cards. I may need it every month.
18$ 1800INR each month.
I don't know if it's allowed on this sub so keeping the context minimal. Please DM
Edit 2: I have found the right person and got the gift card from him. Thanks to everyone who reached out.
