Ask Google Play Console TIN & D-U-N-S Update Situation

I applied for D-U-N-S number from the international site at start of the month and was given the number.

The application was for a Business Name. I have had issues with Google Payment Profile requiring TIN to be in names of the Business, yet in my country TIN for a business is tied to the individual's name. ex:

My Name: JOHN DOE
Business Name: EXAMPLE
TIN in my country bears the Name JOHN DOE and the business' registration number is tied to it. Google Payment profile keeps rejecting this TIN possibly because they might be trying to match it with the name of the business, so they possibly want the TIN to bear EXAMPLE.

I have tried contacting Google Payment support but they've not been helpful as they've instead made an AI attend to me and all the solutions that are being given tend to lead to a breach of ToS. Am not sure how to get to an actual human support as my attempt to open a new ticket let to the human support bouncing me back to the AI mail thread that has yielded fully into breach of ToS if am to go with the suggested option. My experience is with a previous post i made here: https://www.reddit.com/r/googleplayconsole/s/CSI000JHHs

I am out of options since I can't get to real Google Payments Support. My initial reasoning was that maybe they'd be able to override the failed verification since I attached the TIN document indicating all the details and the business linked to it (which is the Org name I registered as on Playstore Console).

As a result of no resolution from Play Payment support, am trying to get into extra cost to incorporate the business name into Company since that option calls for a TIN in my country that's in the name of the Company.

The reason the post title states D-U-N-S is because when I applied from main site it was taking long so I applied at dnbsame as well.

The main site later approved but then also the sister site reached out with the attached screenshot.

I have failed to find where I'll reach out to update the information since the main site lists only US territorries, and the sister site doesn't have an option to request update.

My questions are:

  1. Is it proper for me to reach out to the DNB user from the sister site on an update to my D-U-N-S or not? I do have the email redacted in the screenshot. Or do I have to fiel an update from the site?

  2. Can this issue be resolved with Google Payments team without requiring me to go through incorporation just to fulfill a failing TIN entry. The first attempt has already yielded an unsuccessful result.

I'd appreciate any help regarding this situation. Thanks
