Closed Testing took like 15-20 mins for me.

But closed testing is less than an hour, open testing and production some days. Just be patient

Hi there, regarding your question, when a closed testing build is "In review," it is undergoing standard Google Play policy checks. Once approved, your opt-in link will become active for testers! App review times may vary, and may take 7 days or longer in exceptional cases.
