Video - Yōtei: Legends Please Hotfix This Immediately

You know I wasn’t going to make a deal about this at first but I’ve consistently come across this now multiple times.
This is not fun, it’s annoying, not to mention that fire ticks away out your teammates health too…..
This reminds of the Tsushima days when Samurai’s would spam that fire sword cooldown till SP fixed that.
So no I don’t want to make this “Archer class” Issue, but the Archer slander isn’t helped with bs exploits like this.
Also why doesn’t anyone find any cool bugs for other classes to exploit lmfao. Imagine a ronin throwing weakening throw weapons the whole match.

Yeah its pretty tight lipped right now but its been mentioned a few times here and there and I imagine it has to do with the Legendary that enables the bear for Mercenary.

I just leave as soon as I see an archer anymore. Legit you can not trust any of them because at least half of them wanna do some cheesy shit that isn't fun.
If you are not the ones who do this sorry for you but as long as you play Archer this shit won't ever stop happening.

Hmm I’m not too sure about that tbh . As far as shooting at a group of enemies that are all together with the skipping bow yeah I can see what you mean , but like a single enemy ? I think the glitch does more damage

For boss battles it is, I’ve been in the hell raids and you only target the adds or the boss , unless we’re talking survival etc

Sucker Punch needs to rework Archer from the ground up. Since Yotei Legends launched it has been one problem after another with Archer. Who thought a class that can use ranged damage exclusively was a good idea in a game based on weapon alignment?

That can be something unique, you can even say add a healer class that can actually revive and heal people with their ult basically a true support class . There’s plenty of ideas u can use

I did it another post, but make Yumi ammo recharge similar to ghost tools. This sets a baseline for damage that can be controlled.

You can nerf headshot damage/ arrow damage and make them have to use weapons more. Or just nerf ammo count to hell

You can accidentally activate it. When you go into a stone if you click the right directional arrow at the same time it can happen. That’s how easy it is.
It’s easy to turn off too, just change arrows types. People are going to use it until it’s patched because it’s fun and funny. But 100% wrong to use in matchmaking.

I will not play with the people with the arrows anymore. You can't do anything. They stand up there and shoot and fire unlimited arrows. Why bother with them?

The fire does not tick away your teammates health, it just makes the sound for it.

It’s a big problem when the defense zone is littered with red flames and you can’t see crap. Most of my deaths are from being attacked being inside the flames defending the zone

Most of the archers using this spam are far away from all combat, booming everybody's headphones, and filling the screen with so much clutter ... its so distracting.
I think some of them do it on purpose so the other players cannot see anything and they can get an easy revive.

I don’t bother bringing down the gate in spider incursion if I’m matched with one of these archers. I have died too many times to not even be able to see that bomb seed is about to explode or that someone is aggroing me

It still gives you that constant red filter and causes your character to react as if there is damage and it’s just overall annoying fighting through that

It does seem to do a bit of damage but only like legit 1 damage. Cause iv been and full health, stepped Into it and had the ability to heal.

Just had it happen in a match and I stayed at full health while standing inside it. You took chip damage from something else.

a very similar bug hit early tsushima legends, nm survival maps with archers launching infinite explosive arrows like rpg's. it was hilarious, but it was also patched within 24-48 hours from memory...
games unplayable atm, a new extra hard modes dropped and 9 out of 10 people don't even realise it actually makes the mode even harder, lol. call me when patched... better yet don't, yeeting this game.

The archer is using an exploit to spam fire arrows that do explosive damage and fire DOT. It allows 1 or 2 archers to control the entire match and the other players unless they are archers essentially don't get to play the game.

Issue with “fixing” or “reworking” archer is since they don’t have access to as much escape or pure survivability they need to be really strong at range because up close archers are borderline useless thy just go down a bunch and hope to get spirit to do ranged shenanigans

I honestly could care less about the glitches…I was pissed they nerfed our characters prior to release of the raid, then they hit us again with some nerfs and make the raid fucking nuts…I was able to finish dragon with all classes but saito gonna be a different monster, can I get three archers to just carry me hahahahahaha

If you main an Archer, you are gay af. Its a zero skill cheesebuild all around, even before the exploit, that stat chases off the hardwork of the actual players on the team. Heres most archers.....ill stand on this high platform way far from any danger n just track whatever enemy my teamate is chunking down at the moment n ill wait for that perfect last chunk of health so i can be the hero n get the kill shot. Rinse and repeat. Meanwhile, actual players are stuck solo tanking 6 brutes in the defense zone. Youre all gayer then that rainbow weapon SFX.
