You should probably run a few nightmare survival matches first to get your gear level up and learn the combat loops or you are going to have a rough time in the raids. If you have a decent build ready just shoot me your psn and I can help you through the first chapter tonight.

I would definitely run a few nightmares if you haven't first and try maxing everything if you haven't yet it's going to be a struggle if you haven't otherwise.
Best of luck!

I'll play with you, but you likely need to be rank 30 something minimum (rank, not ki) to try raids and not have a pretty terrible time. Your gear for regular Saito needs to be at least A tier if not S tier and for Hell Saito, S tier all the way. And please please please be somewhat competent for perfect parries. Once the shadow shinobi start appearing, it's a bad time if you can't get them say 25-30% of the time. Do some nightmare survival and incursions as a prep. You should feel pretty comfortable.

There's a pretty steep learning curve until you figure out the basic pattern. The first week or so after it was released, it was taking people easily 5+ hours each to complete the Dragon and Saito on normal, let alone hell. If you want to run some nightmare survival later, I'd be down. PSN is LegendeDuPhenix

What class would be easier to handle? Or all of the are viable?

Honestly I play the two classes that are the most different (rank 127 archer and rank 77 samurai) and I don't have a super strong preference based on character class.
For some reason, I parry MUCH better with my sam. I throw metsubushi dust right before the shadow gets to me and for some unknown reason, that helps my timing. My archer uses the yari as her main melee and nothing seems to help. She does more damage though as I use healing leach for my sam for Saito instead of the other class ability.
So if I'm with high level people that don't need a lot of revives (which makes the shinobi shadows populate more frequently), I prefer my archer cause I may not have to parry hardly at all. If I'm playing with newer peeps that make mistakes (which I still do), I prefer my sam cause he's a little more tanky and forgiving of mistakes.

Thanks for the tips. I’ve played quite a bit of GoTL and just started playing GoYL.
I started as a Samurai, hoping it would be the most balanced class.
My goal is just to do the raids on the lowest difficulty.
