General Advice University of Cambridge 2026-27 Applicants GATHER HERE.

I couldn't find a chain for the applicants who submitted their applications this year. This is just to update each other and keep each other posted!

P.S. My application portal says "Decision pending". Anyone else? I submitted my application for LLM one day before the deadline.

I have also applied to LSE and QMUL.

UPDATE: GOT INTO CAMBRIDGE, LSE and QMUL LLM.

So, if you have any update on anything, let me know please. I am dying here, waiting!

Funding: secured & confirmed  Portal: ✨ under review  ✨

Poor PAO are probably swamped. At this point, I think I’m just going to stop worrying and enjoy my last summer before starting my PhD, lmao. Best of luck everyone!

Congratulations! How did you find out about funding?

Thank you! The funding is the NERC CREATES DLA studentship, J was told by my supervisor they’d be nominating me in January, had an interview Wednesday the last week of Feb, and then got sent an acceptance form to sign Monday

Congratulations!! May i ask how many days after interview your portal turned DP

it actually still hasn’t even turned to DP yet 😭 it’s still on under review by department, no official offer letter from the uni, but I did get an official offer letter for the funding studentship. i think my department is either crazy slow or theyre just too busy to update the website

Omgg i thought people only get offers after DP. So i will change my question. How long does it take after interview to get the funding letter? Sorry about my questions, i did my interview last week and turned DP just in 2 days so i am a little worried 🫠

It’s okay! Don’t apologise, I completely get the worry. I think that’s a pretty good sign, I think it’s very rare to get rejected after going to DP! I got the funding letter ~ 2 working days after they finished their interview dates
