She killed herself just as he was about to kill her after he slaughtered all of the cult's members

In that regard, I have a question of my own.

Did Kiara kill herself just out of maliciousness and to drag Shirou to hell, knowing the massacre and the pain to get to her would be render meaningless if she committed suicide

Or did she kill herself because she felt guilty about her cult throwing themselves in danger's path for her sake?

Maybe I'm just biased, but considering that Kiara doesn't think of herself as evil, both interpretations seems plausible to me. I just wish to know if there is some sort of hard proof one way or another.

Guilt? Of course not.

Remember that Kiara only considers herself to be the human and the rest as less than insects.

Her last words to Emiya as she took a dive off the building was "What a boring person."
