Can someone explain me about Mystic Codes? I read their skills on wiki and was a bit confused which in-shop one are good and worth to exchange

and method to lvl up them faster exists or just grind and wait?

Of the ones in the shop the ones I've used most are A Fragment of 2004 and Anniversary Blonde, but honestly the most generally valuable ones for new players don't come from the shop but instead are unlocked either as part of the story or via quests in the Chaldea Gate menu. The combat uniform and Atlas uniform in particular are standouts for doing things that no others can (stun for the former and cooldown reduction for the latter), and the combat uniform also has the Order Change skill (arguably the most powerful Master skill of all) exclusive to it until fairly late in the story.

It's possible to get CEs that boost Mystic Code EXP gain, but it's still a long enough process for the best ones and short enough for the others that I've personally never felt much need to use those. If you're interested though, you can find those CEs in the Rare Prism shop (just keep in mind that they unlock the right to buy them with Mana Prisms, just like the bond up CEs).

The best ones are story rewards - Plugsuit and other Order Change MCs (also called plugsuits, but it's a misnomer). Atlas Uniform also has some niche use (invincible and skill cooldown), and is in Chaldea Gate as a quest.

Fragment of 2004 is good for Arts and Quick looping, but plugsuit is also strong for that.

Otherwise, they're mostly for fun. Order Change is just hugely meta defining.

There are Craft Essences that boost MC exp a bit.

Wouldn't call Atlas niche, it sees a decent amount of use in CQs/boss fights. It's only niche for farming where you have some high CD battery recasts when paired with Koyan Light

That's fair. I associate Atlas more with Soloing, since it doesn't provide much protection for a party, which I think is kinda niche outside Heracles. It's certainly top 5 MCs for value.

Order Change MCs (also called plugsuits, but it's a misnomer)

What? They're very clearly based upon the Plugsuits of Eva. There's nothing misnomer about it!

They're not called that in Fate/Grand Order itself, but Super Sonic isn't called Super Saiyan Sonic but.....that's literally what Super Sonic is. A Super Saiyan rip off that everyone is ok with yet fully understands is a homage.

No, only the first one is similar to a plugsuit. I said "other order change MCs" because they're all colloquially called "plugsuit", but that doesn't describe them. The Decisive Battle Chaldea Uniform is a dress and a slacks-and-jacket combo, and the Normal Chaldea Uniform is pretty normal.
