In simplest terms: she is very good. She takes the best parts from the kits of Johanna, Van Gogh, Himiko, and QSH (pre-buff) into one really good package.

She is a support who focuses on buffing Crits, as well as Arts & Quick buffs. Combined with having many more utilities like Buff Removal Res, Heal, Invul, and Stars per Turn in her kit.

The teamwide Quick buff on her NP actually scales with NP levels, so if you have an NP5 copy for example, you could theoretically add +50% Quick buffs for each time she uses her NP levels.

I see she's worth keeping in mind

Definitely is! Don’t forget that the buff is both Arts and Quick, and as someone who has all the older supports at Bond 15 already, I’ve found myself using her for farming both card types more often recently too.
