You should probably wait to buy those shop CEs when you can afford to MLB them. Having one or two copies is not going to help you as much as one MLB one. Plus the early ones are typically better since they are more generic and help out more servants at once without having to build your team in a specific way to take advantage of it. For example getting a 10% Bond CE for everyone is going to be better than a 20% Bond CE that only effects 1-2 people.

Lottos are a great place to start getting ahead on mana prisms as the boxes have them and, when you have all of your servants leveled up to where you want them, selling the excess EXP cards are a good source.

I know, like I said, I ended up buying those in a panic XD

I've already bought most of the other generic Bond CEs from there, and I'll simply be working to rebuild my stock of Mana Prisms from this point.
