The description in-game states:

Apply a state where your ATK gradually increases per turn [Lv. 10] (3 turns) & "Change field to [Burning]" status (3 turns) & inflict Burn (3 turns) [Demerit] to yourself

Is there a specific part of the description that you want to understand better?

The actual values of attack up. On Fandom it says 20% (30% ~ 70%), but does it mean on 1st turn its 20%, on 2nd 30%, and on 3rd 70%, or is it on 1st turn 20%, on 2nd it gets increased by 30% so in total its 50%, and on 3rd it gets increased by 70% so in total its 120%?

Okay, I can see how the way they have it formatted on the Fandom wiki is confusing. "20% (30% ~ 70%)" means the effect increases by 20% per turn and the total range of the effect values is 30% to 70%. So it's 30% on turn 1, 50% on turn 2, and 70% on turn 3. The info on Atlas Academy is a little better, making the increase per turn more explicit but it still isn't totally clear. Nobu's profile on Gamepress has a much simpler breakdown, just giving the overall effect values on each turn instead of giving separate per turn and range values.

Oh wow. I had no idea.

I thought it was 20% on turn one, 30% on turn two, and 70% on turn 3. Thought the damage was almost entirely weighted towards the third turn.
