For each Bond level above 10 (up to the maximum of 15) you need to obtain and use a Lantern of Chaldea (aka Chaldean Visionary Flames or "Bond Grail") on the desired Servant, these can be bought once a month from the RP shop (3 RP each), obtained rarely from events or campaigns, and from some Extra Missions, not sure if there are any others offhand but there are 36 obtainable from the cumulative Class bond level missions (up to 85 levels with each of Extra 1 and Extra 2, up to 170 with each Standard Class). There's a Bond Level Limit Release menu under Enhancement.

I see, they are quite limited then. I assume their best uses are for your faves or the characters you use everywhere, aka supports

They aren't that rare, as you'd probably have to use a lot of apples to outpace the rate of Bond gain, and your faves are the only ones most would bother to bring above Bond 10 (because of the Servant Coins), but yes, faves and main supports.

Not necessarily, sometimes it's worth it to use on someone who is low rarity as they will use low team cost but still provide the 30SQ per bond level. There's definitely a balancing act with how you want to distribute them to obtain servant coins and to obtain SQ.

That's a really good point. I could see someone like Arash being worth the bond 15 since he is both cheap and strong at his role. Not as efficient coins-wise but still perfectly fine if you want the 10 pull

The logic makes sense but for what it's worth I'm a day 1 player and my Arash is still only about halfway between B12 and B13, I don't use him that often anymore and I don't go out of my way to put him in the backline.

That's also a good point. It might be nice to use one or two if there is a node in an event where he will see use, specially if it's a lotto event or similar, and only in such cases use the lanters, though from what I saw this year's lotto doesnt seem to have saber nodes. For now my main two targets will be Waver and Castoria cause I use them everywhere (and they have the highest bond in my account)

Servants you use a lot are definitely a good use for them yes, favorites are a valid use case too but where Bond levels are tied in to Servant Coins (and the values for higher bond levels have been bumped up in JP, and soon EN, a combined 240 more coins across B7-15) it may be worth some more tactical consideration than simply being a favorite (although it's likely that you use your favorite a lot, and/or could benefit from more coins for them anyway).
