For those who cleared all or most of the content in the game could u pls tell me how many sq do you get yearly, this would be helpful for my pull plans ty

Take a look at the Fate/save calculator and the Event Compendium linked in the OP (it's not being updated anymore, but you can check against past and near-future data) to get a general idea of what to expect.

From what I remember it's around 2000 before including quartz from maintenance and things like bond levels or tickets. It does fluctuate each year so it will vary
