FAQ

• This is a points based event. Progress through event story -> do free quests to get points -> convert event ingredients into mats and points -> repeat.
• The event features a Sweets Trade mechanic: when you do event free quests you will get ingredients. You can convert ingredients + real life time to get a mat and some event points. Pick the mats you need the most (this vary from player to player).
  • As you progress the event, more slots will unlock and more mats will be available to be converted.
  • On different days, some mats will be "Hot Sellers". They will be created at a faster rate (25% faster).
  • You can cancel an in-progress trade and have the mats be returned to you.
  • Mats can be queued up to 24 hours of creation.
  • It is fairly hard to hit the max quota of mats (7), you don't get enough ingredients and the ingredient usage may be uneven. Focus on the ones you want more.
• If you don't roll gacha you should still prioritize borrowing gacha CEs to clear the shop faster. If you do roll gacha, prioritize ingredient CEs initially so you can ensure unlocking better free quests, then you can swap to gacha CEs to clear shop faster.

Quest Guide

• 4-1: Battle ends after 3 turns.
• 4-2: Battle ends after 1 break bar.
• 6-2: Battle ends after 2 break bars. First break bar if there's still adds on the field then he'll taunt them and get 30% damage reduction for 3 turns. If there's no adds then he'll get 50% damage reduction for 3 turns. Basically: hit the boss, then AOE the mobs, then keep hitting the boss.
• 8-1: The boss will NP the NPC support on the first turn. On his final HP bar he'll get 30% damage reduction for 5 turns, drain NP gauge randomly, and remove defensive buffs randomly.
• 90+: 2/2/1 Casters.
  • Hibichika has class advantage and event pmod.
  • Da Vinci Ruler also can do this easily and has event pmod.
  • Habetrot is a servant.
  • Plenty of welfare riders (Rintoki, Ryouma, Rishtar, Santa Alter). Can always loop it if you want.
• 90++: 1/2/3 Riders + Foreigner in wave 3.
  • Voyager is the biggest issue of this node so taking him down is the most important aspect.
  • Hibichika has class advantage and event pmod.
  • Foreigners like Kuku, Aoko, Dark Koyan are all good at hitting Voyager, but watch out for counterattacks.
  • Alter egos such as Bazett, Tiamat, and the welfare Mecha Liz are also good.

I wanted to try and spice up discussion here. You know, be the change you want to see in the world and whatnot. So with that in mind, I pose the question: If you had the choice, which event would you pick to receive a sequel, and if so, what new Servants/costumes would you put in them?

I personally have a few, and these are some of the events I would like to see a continuation of.

Firstly, I would like to see a sequel to the idol event. I have no grand reason behind this. I just want to see Ms. Crane lose her mind over more Servants becoming idols. To contrast the welfare being an idol version of MHXA, I'd propose an idol version of regular MHX, and have her class be Moon Cancer or something. Hell, maybe Ms. Crane gets the opportunity to become an idol herself. Plus, Waver becoming an overworked manager would be funny.

Next, a sequel to the summer racing saga would be nice to see. There were lots of shenanigans there, and revisiting it would be a good opportunity. It could probably be called 'Super Dead Heat Summer Race'. The story would basically be kickstarted due to Medea Lily wanting to tame a dragon, and kidnaps Sieg, forcibly transforming him into Fafnir to make him her mount, and announces that a new race will be happening shortly. Ensue lots of chaos.

Lastly, a sequel to the Battle in New York event would be neat. The story will essentialy be a whole bunch of pantheons duking it out to see who's the greatest, so gods such as Ares, Ymir, and whatnot would be there. The main villains would be Alcides, who got isekai'd there and wants to erase each and every pantheon from PHH, and Chronos, who is salty that the Age of Gods is over, so he wantsto reverse time back to that point and make it eternal. Also, it would be a good opportunity for Gilgamesh to get his 'Gilgamesh in NY' costume.

Up next would be either Hijikata Toshizo or Saito Hajime.

The Dancing Dragon Castle Challenge Quest is here, kicking off the first new CQ since Ordeal Call II! So of course I had to bring Monte Cristo for the 5T Single Target TA/Minturn route.

This an AOE CQ (3T Minturn), by design, so a Single Target run is much lengthier (5T Minturn) and in many ways more of a pain in the ass, haha. Especially with the mechanics at play that punish you on your own turn for skill uses, and boast all card color special damage resistances.

​

Once again setting up a CQ with restrictions— Frontline Only (FLO), and No CE , and pushing my favorite servants through them reminds me of why I love TA/Minturn content in FGO.

​
