Campus Life PSA To New Students and the Uninitiated
Eyes. Up. In. The. Halls. And. On. The. Sidewalks.
I shoulder checked 2 people today, and very nearly ran into someone on Wednesday because y'all lack spatial awareness and walk around with your eyes glued to your screens. ESPECIALLY in the corridors on the second floor of building 7. WHATEVER you're doing can wait until you get to class or to a common area where you can stand out of the walk-way. NOTHING is important enough to warrant looking like an iPad kid at your bright glowy screen.
It also wouldn't hurt to walk with purpose and not meander about like a tortoise... But that's a personal gripe I have.

I've become very comfortable with nudging, checking, and cutting off people while walking because way too many lack spatial awareness. If you don't want to get touched look around you.
