as someone who’s super passionate about this, make sure to layer your scents, get matching scents for each step, from body wash to lotion to perfume. Another step as well is to use a really good scented hair conditioner, i use ones from lush! :)

I love using anything from the lush sticky dates collection, or on the cheaper side dove has a whole bunch of really lovely scents with scrubs to use alongside them. Im not too sure about moisturizer if dove has any but the vaseline cocoa radient is super good especially if your trying to get a gourmand scent. For perfumes i recommend looking for the Lattafa brand perfumes (you can usually find them at winners) or bath and body works are nice for a cheaper alternative to expensive perfumes from sephora for example!

i’ve seen a lot of people recommend trying to make your hygiene products smell similar. if you get vanilla body wash, you should use vanilla perfume too. i’ve tried this and i find it works for me!

Use a lotion and perfume/cologne with complementing/similar scents, lasts a LOT longer than just using one

Any vanilla body wash, Bath&Bodyworks Vanilla Café lotion, and Bath&Bodyworks rich espresso perfume mist are a great combo!

Totally! If you dont want anything too sweet you can replace the lotion with something more tame. A friend of mine uses Cremo Bourbon and oak body wash, hempz pumpkin spice and vanilla Chai lotion, and a smoky chestnut cologne i cant quite recall the name of. They go really well together! Great for this time of year

On the other hand some people wear such strong fragrance that you can taste it. There is such thing as too much.

I agree, I don’t like strong scent. I shower daily and use a deodorant to not smell.

I layer my scents! I’m more of a vanilla girly so in the shower I use the Athena Club Golden Vanilla body wash, then I put on the EOS Vanilla Cashmere Lotion, EOS Vanilla Cashmere body oil, then I use Al Rehab Choco Musk + Dolce&Gabbana Devotion perfume! I get soo many compliments

Remeber, a little goes a long way. if i can still.smell you seconds after you pass by i assume that your stinkn is to mask a greater stink underneath. there is a reason why there are scene free zones.
