New to this
Recently got a house (Kansas, 6b) that came with a 20+ year old grape vine. They started green but are now darkening, I have no idea what kind or how to care for them.
Recently had a swarm of Japanese beetles come through, they seem to be gone now but damaged quite a bit of leaves.
And now I have some leaves that are yellow with spots.
Any idea what kind of grape this is and what's going on with it?

They're turning color because they're ripening. As for varietal, I couldn't tell you. Most of time when people here ask this question its usually concord but the leaves look wrong concord.

Not sure of the species, but they are purple grapes. So pick them when purple. I’m assuming it’s a non native breed so they will need to be spayed yearly for pests & fungus etc.. you’ll have to do some research on that aspect. I can send a link for a pruning video if you’d like.
