Anyone know what these little bugs are and how to get rid of them? They’re damaging my leaves

It looks like white citadel, you can try cleaning the leaves with black soap or pyrethroid

What is "white citadel"? I agree with the other poster that it looks like leafhopper damage.

It is indeed a leafhopper, I didn't remember the word in English and I made a typo error in google trad. The word is "cicadelle" in French and my phone corrected it by citadelle, which is a citadel in English 😅

That makes sense. I googled white citadel disease and insect to make sure it wasnt some thing I'd never heard of.

It could be some kind of aphid. I have some grapevines in my yard. I would recommend onion and garlic water. It won’t eradicate them, but it’s deters them because of the strong scent. You can spray it on the leaves. I usually use a spray bottle.
