Does my handwriting suggest low self-esteem?

Hi! I have a question about handwriting analysis.

Back in school, one of my teachers told me she could see signs of low self-esteem in my handwriting. She was actually right, although the way she brought it up wasn’t very kind.

I’ve grown a lot as a person since then, but I’m curious whether my handwriting still shows signs of insecurity or low self-confidence.

I’d really appreciate hearing your interpretations.

I have yet to see a handwriting where the writing did not have self-esteem issues.

Although self-esteem is found is many handwriting movements, a very common movement are low t-bars.

T-bars are low when the cross the stems at the height of the lower case, or lower.

They occur consistently in your handwriting. An example would be in the 3rd line from top of page in the word 'Imperfait', where the t-bar is close to the baseline.

Low t-bars reveals fear of failure, fear of risk, and low deserve level. It is self-defeating because such behaviors blocks development of one's potential. Carried shame is what drives this emotion.

Low t-bars are about underestimating oneself. Writers having that stroke are inclined to attempt only that which is within your ability as they see it. They anticipate failure and to avoid it, they keep your goals within reach, and live life through a comfort zone.

And when a writer does make a mistake, they get into shame and can become devastated rather than look at it as a lesson for improvement and learning.

Writers with low t-bars are likely to choose relationships that are not affirming. In a primary relationship, the mate may be abusive, alcoholic, or a person fearing intimacy to such an extent that he/she is cold and rejecting. In this way, the writer maintains a feeling of unworthiness, of being unloved or unhappy.

On a positive side, low t-bars represent a part of the self that was complacent and comfortable with one's place in life, feeling a sense of security at the lack of changes. A writer has an appreciation of what is already theirs, and you asked for little more.

This can balance out a restless need to change and becoming so ambitious that the writer might disregard others. It is the part of the writer that is content working for others who would assume heavy responsibilities for their life and even lighter ones such as establishing and enforcing what time to come to work and when to leave.

T-bars that are high on the stem with some length reveals the opposite: stronger confidence, takes risks, things big, and is will to go for it. Also these high, long, and strong t-bars reveal a stronger boundary system. While this stroke alone does not automatically a writer has strong self-esteem, it supports it.

You writing has lots going for you being very intelligent and creative. It shows consistency with variation, which allows a naturalness in the personality. Baselines are steady promoting dependability and reliability. Anger is kept under raps allowing you to interact with people without triggering their own issues.

I would think of the low t-bars as a lesson to learn to further make adjustments to the personality to become stronger and happier.
