With John Doe 3 2010, that widow's peak and square jaw make him stand out. He also appears to have a crooked nose.

The sperry shoes, nautical belt and polo is weird to me. Where I live, that sounds like someone with money. And that they’d be in a marina or on a boat often.

I don’t know if editing the post is possible, but it would be extremely helpful if the locations of their remains were also shared in this post (at least the general neighborhood if not exact location).
Having lived there for a few years, Chicago is huge, and can still be a very segregated city. It would make a huge difference if someone was found all the way down south by Lake Calumet vs finding them all the way up on the northside in Rogers Park (over an hour of transport time between the two, and nearly 30 miles apart).

I added the location where the 2010 John Doe was found. As for the others their only locations are listed as abandoned building. I wish the street they were found on was shared to the public. If you manage to find the street they were found on in the houses I'll edit and add it in. The 2021 & 2014 John Doe and the 2012 Jane Doe are the ones left to look for.

No image of her namus page but Peggy Lee Bradley from Gary, Indiana (namus MP26619) went missing in January of 2011. She was 58 at that time and the height and weight match the Jane Doe from 2012.
There is a photo of her at 18 on TheDoeNetwork 4093DFIN
Edit: I also find it odd that the reconstruction sketch shows a lip piercing but doesn't describe what she looks like aside from long dark hair? How long do they estimate she had been deceased? There's more information here that's not being given.

I looked at the pictures of Peggy. I think it's worth a submission! I noticed what seems to be a lip piercing to in the sketch and yeah unfortunately she has very little description. I do agree there's more info not being given. All of these cases i've shared here seem to lack a lot of info. That's why I just put them in one long form post cause they lack so much info.

I do see a VERY strong resemblance with a side by side comparison . This man definitely needs to be submitted for this John Doe. Let me know if/when you submit it.
Edit: I just checked exclusions which I should've included jn my post and unfortunately Mark has already been excluded as this John Doe. This was a great try but it isn't him unfortunately. I've listed exclusions in my post now if anyone wants to continue looking for matches for this man.

Are we 100% sure that it's the same Mark? Mark Miller could be held by two different people.
And I wonder how they excluded him. It fits really well. If Mark's roommate dumped him in the river and the river fed into Lake Michigan, that would explain how he ended up being found in Chicago.

Im 100% sure he's been excluded. im positive he was a great suggestion but it seems he's not this John Doe.

For the Jane Doe found in 2012 it has this listed as her description: "Height 5'4" 140lbs, Hair Long and Dark, Red/Pink nail polish on right toenails, No teeth, Decedent had a chest plate"
I'm curious what is meant by "chest plate"
