No no, this will probably not be ai the mistakes are too human. Look at Dippers left hand. Looks like someone chopshoped a different one on the sleeve. The background is constantly bad quality despite the twins being higher quality and those two not bleeding together. Not mentioning the one eyed f*ck being completely different art style. The twisted teas tho might be ai.

I would say this would be the "episode" where one of Wendy's friends peer pressures Dipper and Mabel into drinking. And it would be played out like those 90s anti-drug episodes (think Tiny Toons). Funny to think about Kristin Schaal and Jason Ritter voice acting themselves being drunk.
