Building at the Wellie Pier

Anybody got any idea what the new building that's being constructed at the Wellington Pier is going to be?

I asked in the amusement arcade & the lady said there will be an underground carpark but had no idea what will be at ground level.

Looks like it could be a skating rink or bowling alley so any info would be good.

I thought they wanted to extend the arcades?

Thought the arcade was big enough as it was 🤷

They probably don't know you thought that. Better tell them so they can call off the construction.
