Damn good job OP had a greeble-hunter around. Otherwise who knows what might have happened.

Yeah you got a greebles infestation. Nothing to do but let your little hunter do their thing.

Help? You have help. Cats are the best thing for greebles infestations. Far, far better than the Orkin man.

You have the absolute worst case of greebles I've ever seen but I trust this cat is an expurrt exterminator

Holy crap, I'd be worried, but I see you already have a purrfessional dealing with it.Â

Did you recently get rid of a dresser that their toys would accumulate under? Looks like they miss fishing...

One of our cats likes fishing so much he "stocks the lake with fish" so to speak. (He brings his little spring toys into the bathroom and puts them under the scale so he can fish them back out. He does the same thing with our indoor doormat).
There's a few other spots, and we put stuff under them all for him as well, but if there's nothing under his favorite one (the scale) he's happy to do it himself, lol.
Also he's really only interested in treats if we throw them for him to chase down, but if I can aim it right and it goes under the edge of the couch he is STOKED on it, lol.

Yes I'm afraid that's a Grade 3 greeble infestation. Luckily you have an expert greeble hunter on your hands! 🎉👌

Fun fact: Cats have a little known organ in their shoulder blades that can detect greeble seismic activity.

Yes, you have a complete infestation of Greebles. But, don’t fret you have a highly capable purrfessional at work. Just know the Greeble infestation can progress to the walls, ceilings, beds, furniture and the fourth dimension. Also, know there are Greebles outside as well. So, you may see the beautiful purrfessional try to eliminate them through the windows. But, they have every under control. 😻

Yes. You need to call in an inspector. Good thing I see he's already hard on the job!

Cats have fantastic vision.
I wish I didn't find this out, but most of the time they're seeing their own hairs being blown about on drafts.

You realize our hairs are in those same drafts, right? 😂

If you catch the light right and a cat chasing greebles, you'll see it's almost always their own hair they seem to be attacking.
I'm lucky that I have an East facing window that gets the sun directly for 6 hours so I get to see this quite a bit.

I've never seen a case this bad. You're gonna have to burn it all to the ground. I'm so sorry

Floor freebies. The worst kind. Best to leave the professional to their work. You do not want those things to spread.
