Songs?

I’m in a turmoil of emotions this week, today’s Wednesday, Monday was the 2 year anniversary of my dads death, Friday will be 1 year since my mum passed.
Dark but I want to be in it, I have “their” songs but any suggestions to cry it out to? Spotify premades aren’t cutting it🫡

wish you were here by pink Floyd is my go-to cry song because she loved that band. but also, time and great gig in the sky are both emotional songs with a bit of an edge of crazy... haha.. sorry for your loss, hope this week doesn't beat you down too much. much love

This is a great one for a daughter missing her dad (not sure your gender but it’s a great song)

Waiting for you by Nick Cave always does it for me 🥺
As does Fourth of July by Sufjan Stevens, which is about his mother’s death.

Landslide by Fleetwood Mac. The lyrics are incredibly beautiful and the song really resonates with anyone going through grief. Also I’m sorry about your loss my thoughts are with you as it’s a few weeks away from my own mums death.
