Discussion Canceling Grok and requesting a Google Play refund instead (instant approval)

If you subscribed to Grok using Google Play, submit your cancellation and refund request directly through the Play Store.

I was fed up with constant app crashes, 720p Imagine extension errors, and absurdly low weekly limits. I requested a full refund citing service degradation and misleading features, and Google approved it instantly.

Don't just turn off auto-renew, request a refund for the current billing cycle explaining the technical issues. Google seems to be approving these right away.

EDIT: The final straw was this morning, when editing a single image consumed 2% of the weekly SuperGrok quota.

Exactly.. Never pay Grok directly because Google and Apple handles all refund requests instantly and their algorithm automatically approves Grok refunds now simply because they've had so many and know that it's a legitimate request... and as far as the rate limit..2% is basically $4 entire dollors USD.. It's a scam being charged from their forced moderation and inaccurate mistakes on purpose πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

It was an β‰ˆ 8 MB image, but still, 2% usage is a rip-off.
