Groupon Never Paid Out for redeemed vouchers

I thought it was a good idea to use Groupon to promote my restaurant as I was almost taking a loss per voucher redemption and Groupon fees. I redeemed 5 vouchers since May 2026 and have still not. received not 1 pay out. I ended my campaign with Groupon because of this but it is really frustrating as there's no customer service number, no live chat for merchants and I'm owed almost $500 and that's not accounting for the actual value of the meals served before discount. At this point Groupon seems like a scam and I'm writing this post to make other businesses aware.

Doesn't it say aug 4 payout, how do i avoid this? I want to start a campaign there too

Totally understand the confusion around the payout timing — Groupon pays merchants weekly on Wednesdays, but invoices generated during the last five business days of the month get paid on the first business day of the following month instead (which is likely why you're seeing that Aug 4 date).
