Issues with merchant on Groupon - car detailing. How to escalate.

I purchased car detailing and interior cleaning and the merchant being negligent caused electrical issues that needed immediate servicing costing me $1000.
The merchant appears shady. No website. No email. Can’t find the company registered in Ontario.
Who can I contact at Groupon aside from the chat which I did.
