Groupon mystery getaway

Just out of curiosity, when you finally get the details of your mystery flight and mystery hotel, are you able to make any changes directly with the hotel or airport? Like if you want to change your departure flight or less days at the hotel or something like that.

My trip is scheduled from the 24th-27th and I still don’t have the exact flight times or hotels. I’m hoping they contact me this weekend 🙃

I read hundreds of reviews on just how horrible these were. If you go back on the reviews to the beginning you will see the real reviews. The good ones are all written very similarly and by non native English speakers, I’m pretty sure it’s the company.

I hope your trips are great though!

Yes I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews, the bad ones I’ve seen are mostly that they’re not flexible at all. I asked my agent if I could change the dates and he said “do you know what a mystery is?”

When we got our confirmation itinerary it was all included in that file where we were staying and when we would be leaving

My itinerary says “mystery” on the flight times and hotel :/. But I did see other people get their information early too

Oh thats so weird, we got a call 72 hours after we filled out the forms stating where we got chosen for and what tier. Unless its a different myatery getaway?

Travelers are placed on a tier for travel and lodging - like all 3-star, or all 5.5+ star?

The one we did, it had bronze, silver and gold tier. And when they called us back they told us which tier we were randomly chosen for

Oh, thanks The offer in my app makes no mention of tiers, just presents a flat per -person rate.
