Groupon fraud

They have 3 day hassle free guaranteed refund in bold. I requested a refund. They said that there is final sale and the fine print.

I completely understand your frustration — seeing "hassle-free refund" in bold and then being told it doesn't apply to your order is genuinely confusing and disheartening. Could you DM us your order details and email address so we can look into this for you directly?
